Responsibilities
Support business leaders in the milling business in strategic decision-making on people management, development, climate and performance.
Support the implementation of engagement and talent retention initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, training hours and NPS.
Participate in corporate projects and strategic Organizational Development initiatives; collaborate on diagnostics, execution of actions, analysis of results and rollout to the business areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (completed).
Postgraduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 months' experience in HR or related areas.
Experience as a Business Partner (BP).
Intermediate Excel skills.
Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
