About the role

  • Director overseeing partner integration at Latham & Watkins, a global law firm. Responsible for onboarding and integrating promoted and lateral partners with tailored strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all aspects of the onboarding and integration of the firm’s internally promoted and lateral partners
  • Working with a broad range of constituencies to ensure that each new partner receives the resources and support needed
  • Leading, managing, and supervising colleagues in the Partner Onboarding and Integration function
  • Collaborating closely with the Business Development Department to develop and execute on business development agenda and revenue generation goals
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably an advanced degree
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ progressively responsible experience in legal or other professional services environment
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in a management role
  • Advanced degree and/or coaching certification, preferably
