Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of the onboarding and integration of the firm’s internally promoted and lateral partners
- Working with a broad range of constituencies to ensure that each new partner receives the resources and support needed
- Leading, managing, and supervising colleagues in the Partner Onboarding and Integration function
- Collaborating closely with the Business Development Department to develop and execute on business development agenda and revenue generation goals
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably an advanced degree
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ progressively responsible experience in legal or other professional services environment
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in a management role
- Advanced degree and/or coaching certification, preferably
