Responsibilities
Gerenciar as redes dos clientes e analisar o tráfego de dados.
Realizar configurações, de baixa complexidade, de roteadores, switches, antenas e servidores.
Prestar atendimento e suporte técnico ao cliente.
Manter documentação técnica precisa e atualizada.
Requirements
Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, por telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp.
Familiaridade com ferramentas de teste e medição (MTR, Ping, tracert, SpeedTest, nslookup, entre outras), bem como interpretar os resultados para solução de problemas
Familiaridade, com ferramentas de monitoramento de redes (Zabbix, Grafana ou similares).
Conhecimentos de informática, tecnologia e telecomunicações.
Nível de escolaridade: Ensino médio completo e cursos de qualificação (com certificado e mínimo de 200 horas) ou ensino superior completo (bacharelado ou tecnologia).
Cursos obrigatórios: Mikrotik - MTCNA e MTCRE e ITIL
