Responsibilities
Provide local and remote technical support, ensuring agile, efficient assistance focused on delivering the best experience for employees.
Support Windows and macOS operating systems, including configuration and setup of new devices.
Assist in diagnosing, preventing, and resolving technical issues; guide users, suggest continuous improvements to IT processes, and support technology innovation initiatives.
Handle and follow up on technical tickets, meeting established SLAs and supporting incident, problem, and service request management.
Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, promoting efficient, collaborative, and secure use of the solutions.
Assist with IT asset control and inventory, as well as organizing technical information and documentation.
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Service Management, or related fields.
Must be enrolled in evening classes.
Available to intern 6 hours per day (schedule to be arranged with the manager during the selection process).
Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and networking.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
Good interpersonal communication, ability to interact with diverse audiences, proactivity, and confidence to guide users and propose improvements to operational processes.
Available to be on-site at the São Paulo office at least 3 times per week.
