About the role
- Solution Engineer implementing integrations for Luminovo's electronics supply chain platform, collaborating with customers and driving revenue through technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- You help turn Luminovo’s integration capabilities into a scalable, revenue-driving function.
- You work closely with customers, Sales, and Product to focus on the highest-impact integration use cases, shape them into repeatable solutions, and bring them to market.
- You design and implement integrations between Luminovo and customer systems such as ERP, PLM, and CRM, guiding customers through technical onboarding and complex go-lives.
- You continuously improve the developer experience of our APIs by defining common integration patterns, contributing feedback to API design, and maintaining clear, high-quality documentation.
- You act as a trusted technical expert in pre- and post-sales contexts, enabling Sales and Customer Success with sound solution designs.
