About the role
- AI Empowerment & Custom Solutions Engineer consulting on AI to enhance productivity and efficiency for clients. Conducting workshops and identifying AI use cases in client environments.
Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on the use of AI to increase employee productivity and efficiency (from non-technical staff to development teams) and to improve processes
- Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions covering all aspects of AI with our clients
- Analyze and identify AI use cases within client environments
- Evaluate current AI technologies and platforms, review solution concepts, and apply best practices to client situations
- Enable our clients to achieve significant efficiency gains through AI deployment
Requirements
- Experience with modern AI technologies (e.g., GenAI, Claude, Gemini, MS Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Experience with Kubernetes, automation, Terraform or similar
- Knowledge of data protection, IT security, and the EU AI Act is a plus
- Programming and/or scripting skills
- Fluent German and English
