About the role

• Unit Manager leading the Risk Management Framework at Luminor Bank. Overseeing regulatory compliance and supporting senior management with risk insights.

Responsibilities

• Owning and enhancing Luminor's overarching Risk Management Framework (Risk Policy, Risk Appetite Statement and Risk Appetite Framework) and overseeing its implementation by the respective teams of the 1st and 2nd lines.
• Leading the ICAAP process and supporting senior management in decision-making through robust risk and capital insights.
• Overseeing Recovery & Resolution Planning, including governance, documentation and regulatory engagement.
• Enhancing the internal framework ensuring effective oversight of subsidiaries.
• Acting as a 2nd line function for Solvency Risk and Business Model Risk.
• Managing and developing the team, ensuring delivery of business-as-usual activities alongside key strategic initiatives.
• Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the bank.

Requirements

• Good understanding of key regulatory expectations on ERM frameworks and processes, in particular ICAAP, Recovery and Resolution Planning
• Good understanding of Bank’s products, processes, data and IT systems and the risks they might pose for the bank
• Previous managerial experience, minimum 3 years
• Coaching and people development skills
• Cross functional and cross border cooperation skills
• Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
• Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
• Process and project management focused thinking
• Business acumen and ability to get buy-in from key stakeholders
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level.
