About the role

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre
- Provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication for the duration of the tenancy
- Responsible for accepting and understanding tenants maintenance requirements, providing a triage service
- Communicate maintenance issues to the landlord with a solution
- Update all parties on a regular basis by phone, email or text and logging notes
- Make regular ‘well being’ calls to the landlord
- Work with the property management team to ensure all works are completed and invoiced
- Ensure all mandatory compliance / legislation is in place on all properties
- Work with the Property Visit Clerks to ensure all properties have been inspected
- Place calls to all managed landlords and tenants prior to vacation
- Ensure check out process is followed and communication is sent out
Requirements

- Full UK Driving License Required
