- Ensure the notification system meets business goals and KPIs.
- Create a seamless user experience that exceeds client expectations.
- Understand user needs through interviews, analytics, feedback sessions, and internal insights.
- Define and manage the product development roadmap with clear schedules and milestones.
- Develop and track success metrics and inform future iterations.
- Work with diverse teams for continuous improvements.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with business & systems requirements processes.
- 3 plus years hands on product owner experience
- 2 plus years experience in Agile environment
- Understanding of software development, data analysis, and UX/UI design
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to identify and solve product-related issues.
