Responsibilities
Define and manage the roadmap for insurance products (Auto, Life, Home, Travel, Credit Protection, Financial Protections, among others), ensuring continuous portfolio evolution.
Lead product managers and product analysts, ensuring strategic alignment and high team performance.
Conduct market analysis, benchmarking and consumer behavior studies to identify opportunities and competitive differentiators.
Collaborate with insurers and areas such as Actuarial, Pricing and Underwriting to define rules, pricing, coverages and product profitability.
Monitor and optimize purchase and claims journeys, analyzing funnel drop-offs and improvement opportunities.
Track product KPIs such as conversion, cancellations, loss ratio, LTV and NPS.
Work with Marketing and Technology teams to evolve solutions and prioritize requests.
Drive innovation initiatives, discovery, A/B testing and validation of new products and coverages.
Ensure regulatory compliance (SUSEP), LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and internal policies related to products.
Serve as the product vision reference and representative to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
Experience in product management within the insurance sector, financial services or insurtechs.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of underwriting, pricing, loss ratio and insurance product performance.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and multidisciplinary squads.
Proven experience leading product teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence in complex environments.
