Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, ensuring it ladders up to business goals and customer value.
• Partner closely with finance teams, product designers, and engineers to understand the end-to-end customer journey and solve for real-world complexity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Success, Support) to capture feedback and iterate / improve.
• Own the roadmap and prioritisation across features
• Ensure the scalability of your product as Spendesk serves larger and more complex customers.
• Define and track product success metrics that reflect improvements in customer happiness, adoption and revenue.
• Support go-to-market teams with clear documentation and impactful product launches.
• Understand our competition to build out key competitive edges to help our customer facing teams win.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech
• Deep curiosity for (or hands-on experience with) finance concerns such as budgeting or setting company spend policies.
• Ability to understand and structure complex data models, workflows, and backend systems — and turn them into intuitive, high-leverage products.
• Strong analytical mindset — you can balance user feedback with data insights to inform priorities and trade-offs.
• Proven track record of shipping features that streamline workflows and improve productivity for operational or technical users.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you bring clarity to ambiguity and alignment to complexity.
• Ability to step back and see the big picture in order to bring maximum differentiation to your product and value for our clients
• Strong business acumen and willingness to dig into our P&L and finance metric to get a deep understanding of your product value generation.
