Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Workday
- Subject Matter Expert for Workday Compensation & Benefits modules
- At least one successful implementation of a Global Annual Salary Review process
- Knowledge of payroll integrations
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks/JSOX
- Experienced in gathering requirements, design, configuration, and testing of Workday Compensation and Benefits solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
