Responsibilities
Own end to end commercial readiness for assigned products, ensuring all launch deliverables are defined, aligned, and delivered on time and to standard
Serve as the single point of accountability for marketing deliverables on the core team, from development through launch and post launch optimization
Ensure launch plans are customer centric and grounded in real customer workflows and unmet needs
Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Travel approximately 30%
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience or Advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
4+ years of downstream marketing or market development experience
Product launch experience
Project management experience
Persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
Advanced analytical skills (market trends, competitor SWOT analysis, financials, etc) and synthesizing data into presentable information to drive action
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
