Responsibilities
Ensure the structured and sustainable evolution of the organization’s services by leading the review, redesign and automation of processes, transforming fragmented operations into scalable, traceable and efficiency-driven solutions.
The PO is responsible for translating complex operational needs into clear, prioritized and actionable functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business and technology and driving measurable impact through continuous improvement.
Lead a comprehensive review of the 78 existing services, identifying bottlenecks, manual activities and opportunities for automation.
Produce the detailed functional documentation required for service redesign, including flows, forms, rules, integrations, automations and acceptance criteria.
Work directly with the continuous improvement business team to ensure operational needs are aligned with the proposed solution.
Prioritize the backlog, organize deliveries and ensure clarity and traceability of requirements.
Facilitate technical and business discussions, ensuring the product vision is understood by all stakeholders.
Validate implementations with the technical team, ensuring adherence to the approved functional design.
Continuously monitor the impact of automations and support post-implementation adjustments and improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar role in digital transformation and process automation projects.
Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially in service modules, form creation, workflows, automations and integrations.
Strong ability to map AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes, with a focus on optimization, scalability and reduction of manual tasks.
Proficiency in creating detailed functional documentation, including: process flows (BPMN or equivalent), business rules, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements, form specifications, integrations and automations.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and active participation in agile ceremonies.
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for development squads.
Desirable experience with process design and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, etc.).
Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL practices and Service Governance is a plus.
