- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under time pressure
- High level of accountability, commitment, and a proactive approach to responsibilities
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic, fast-changing industry environment
- Very good command of English (knowledge of German will be considered an advantage)
- Familiarity with SAP and a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
