• Product Manager for Pet Food Applications at Constantia Flexibles overseeing product life cycle management and sustainable innovations. Engaging with customers and translating ideas into high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Product Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire product life cycle for the assigned product group, from conception to market launch and beyond with and special focus on technical aspects for pouch making and retort applications.
• Sustainable Innovations: Develop, validate and implement sustainable product innovations to meet market demands and environmental standards.
• Product Portfolio Optimization: Continuously optimize and develop further the product portfolio to ensure it meets customer needs and market trends.
• Customer Interface: Act as the main interface between customers, production, and sales and marketing, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Bringing Ideas to Life: Translate customer ideas and specifications into high-quality products.

Requirements

• Technical Background: Technical education or hands-on experience in flexible packaging with a focus on pouch making (retort applications is a plus).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (any additional language is considered a plus).
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects for validations of packaging materials effectively.
• Willingness to travel: Open to travel to customers and other CFlex plants.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, a "can do" mentality, teamwork experience, and analytical thinking.
