Responsibilities
Own the performance of your product portfolio
Profitability (P&L), pricing, positioning, and growth
Market relevance and competitive positioning
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic vendors
Lead vendor relationships, negotiations, and escalations
Represent Sherweb as a credible, senior partner
Influence vendors to align with our marketplace strategy
Drive go-to-market execution
Partner with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and launches
Support Sales with pricing decisions, deal strategy, and product expertise
Help close complex opportunities when needed
Continuously improve how products operate internally
Identify friction, gaps, and inefficiencies
Balance short term fixes with longer term improvements
Be a cross-functional leader
Align Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Platform teams
Lead through influence, clarity, and credibility
Make decisions - and know when to ask for help.
Requirements
Experience in Security and/or Business Continuity (backup, DR, cybersecurity, resilience)
Exposure to Cloud services, MSPs, VARs, or distributors
Strong asset if you’ve worked in a Cloud marketplace or distribution model
Financial and commercial acumen (pricing, margins, trade offs)
Native level or fluent English required (spoken and written); French is an asset.
