Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Client Engagement Services business goals and customer needs
Establish product vision, roadmaps, and release plans that deliver measurable business outcomes
Monitor technology trends to inform strategy and propose new solutions
Design and manage operational reporting and automation solutions
Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical specifications
Lead a scrum team through backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
Resolve blockers to achieve business objectives for the product
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders
Partner with data scientists, engineers, and other product managers
Analyze data to generate insights and champion product enhancements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in math, statistics, engineering or a related field desired
2+ years of experience in digital product management
Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders
Experience managing software development initiatives within Agile frameworks
Strong ability to prioritize competing workloads and ensure timely delivery
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with Salesforce reporting, CRM Analytics, Power BI
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business information to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
