About the role

Requirements
- A completed degree in business administration (BWL) or equivalent commercial vocational training
- Several years of experience in application management or a comparable IT service environment
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and experience managing external service providers
- Good technical understanding of applications and IT operations processes
- Very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
