About the role
- Accounting professional responsible for accounts receivable management at Loxxess Pharma. Supporting financial operations through meticulous report preparation and payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and independent processing of bank direct debits
- Reconciliation and maintenance of balance lists
- Processing and monitoring of open items
- Planning and execution of regular dunning runs
- Ongoing account maintenance and resolution of discrepancies
- Preparation of monthly reports to support the month-end closing
- Point of contact for inquiries from our clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an accountant or tax clerk
- Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in accounts receivable or financial accounting
- Ideally, practical experience with SBS Rewe Neo
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1–B2), both written and spoken
