Responsibilities
You manage our franchise portfolio, review and structure existing contracts, and ensure digital filing and transparency
You coordinate new contracts, prepare them, oversee the signing process, and ensure proper documentation
You prepare relevant content from specialist departments and communicate professionally with partners
You support franchise meetings, calls, partner events, and conventions — from organization to follow-up
You proactively manage processes and documentation and further develop procedures, tools, and structures
You are the primary contact for external organizations, e.g., the German Franchise Association or international partner networks
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Management, or a related field
Several years of experience in portfolio, contract, or partner management, ideally in chain restaurants or franchising
Solid knowledge of contract and document management and experience in process management
Strong organizational and coordination skills with a strong service orientation
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Excellent communication skills, discretion, and sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
Very good German and English skills
