About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate a meaningful portion of your own pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
  • Act as THE voice of our market, sharing insights
  • Sell to a variety of stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with Sales Development Representatives
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline by nurturing and re-engaging old leads
  • Be supported by a world-class team of Partner Managers
  • Foster meaningful partnerships with external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience
  • 5-8 years of overall SaaS experience
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Claude, etc
  • Must share examples of cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated track record of growth and consistent success in sales
  • Experience maintaining the hygiene of your CRM and data
  • Ability to explain your sales process and forecasting process
  • Experience selling logistics, cross-border or commerce solutions is a major plus
  • If you have experience working with Shopify, ecommerce, and/or the post-purchase ecosystem, that is a huge plus for us!
