Responsibilities
Responsibility for a product category across the entire lifecycle — from concept and market launch through further development and delisting
Planning and management of product launches and relaunches, including timelines, budget, quality, sustainability and risk management
Development of new product strategies and concepts based on market and competitor analyses and consumer needs
Close collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Sourcing and other stakeholders to implement innovative, sustainable products
Managing the entire product development process and coordinating external service providers and agencies
Continuous analysis of sales figures and KPIs to optimize product performance
Requirements
University degree or commercial training with several years of experience in product management/marketing, ideally in FMCG or natural cosmetics
Strong market and trend knowledge and a good sense of customer needs
Analytical skills and experience interpreting market data and KPIs
Knowledge of packaging and technical understanding
Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with an independent, structured way of working
Enthusiasm for natural cosmetics, sustainability and innovation
Proficient in common MS Office applications
