About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end merchandising strategy and execution for enterprise tentpole moments
- Translate business priorities into integrated merchandising plans
- Be responsible for the merchandising and promotions calendar
- Serve as the primary merchandising lead for tentpole initiatives
- Analyze funnel and placement performance
- Lead cross-functional workstreams
- Develop and evolve tentpole playbooks
- Run experiments and personalization initiatives
- Mentor and guide merchandising team members
- Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders
- Proactively manage dependencies and risks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce merchandising
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end tentpole programs with measurable impact
- Strong planning and follow-through skills
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data quality checks
- Proven cross-functional leadership
- Experience building operational playbooks
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Passion for the hobby; understanding of trading card game buyer behavior preferred.
