Responsibilities
Own and lead end-to-end merchandising strategy and execution for enterprise tentpole moments
Translate business priorities into integrated merchandising plans
Be responsible for the merchandising and promotions calendar
Serve as the primary merchandising lead for tentpole initiatives
Analyze funnel and placement performance
Lead cross-functional workstreams
Develop and evolve tentpole playbooks
Run experiments and personalization initiatives
Mentor and guide merchandising team members
Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders
Proactively manage dependencies and risks.
Requirements
Minimum 5-8+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce merchandising
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end tentpole programs with measurable impact
Strong planning and follow-through skills
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data quality checks
Proven cross-functional leadership
Experience building operational playbooks
Ability to influence without direct authority
Passion for the hobby; understanding of trading card game buyer behavior preferred.
