Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of paid media campaigns for Personal Workspace Solutions division
Manage campaign execution across search, social, and programmatic channels
Monitor and optimize campaign performance for key metrics
Collect and analyze campaign data, creating performance reports
Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams
Conduct research into regional paid media trends and consumer behaviors
Support effective budget allocation across global campaigns
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management
Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Prior experience working with or within a media agency
Strong proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and programmatic tools such as DV360 or The Trade Desk
Advanced knowledge in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
