About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Solutions Architect for active strategic customers;
  • Work in partnership with Account Managers to evolve accounts;
  • Map customers' business processes;
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and operational risks;
  • Analyze current usage of contracted solutions;
  • Diagnose functional gaps and opportunities for enhancement;
  • Design integrated solution architectures combining products, services and customizations;
  • Prepare proposals for new features and projects;
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements;
  • Participate in technical and strategic presentations to customers;
  • Advise customers on optimal use of existing tools;
  • Conduct diagnostic meetings focused on logistics and tax processes (Inbound);
  • Map pain points, AS-IS scenarios and customers' TO-BE expectations;
  • Support the Sales team in building the value proposition, scope and functional fit;
  • Deliver functional demonstrations of the solution when required;
  • Interact with technical/consulting teams to validate scope, assumptions and limitations;
  • Act consultatively, ensuring alignment between customer needs and the proposed solution.

Requirements

  • Experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Consulting, Technical Pre-Sales, Technical Customer Success or related areas;
  • Experience with B2B projects and enterprise solutions;
  • Solid knowledge of logistics and tax processes, especially inbound (physical and tax receiving);
  • Experience with Electronic Fiscal Documents (NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e, MD-e, DOC-e);
  • Strong capability in business process analysis;
  • Experience in requirements gathering (business/functional requirements);
  • System-level view of platforms and digital ecosystems;
  • Ability to translate business problems into structured solutions;
  • Clear communication with technical and executive stakeholders;
  • Experience with CRM and management tools.
