Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience

- Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) preferred
- Experience or knowledge with ATS and/or HR systems (e.g., Workday, Phenom)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
