Requirements
Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree
Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) preferred
Experience or knowledge with ATS and/or HR systems (e.g., Workday, Phenom)
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
