Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and retention through creative storytelling, strategic content, and authentic engagement across digital and physical platforms.
- Manage HR recruitment social media presence.
- Support UVA Community Health internal HR-related communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with Executive leadership to design internal campaigns that strengthen employee engagement, recognition, and belonging.
- Produce social media content, videos, and graphics that highlight the employee experience, culture, and career growth opportunities.
- Create compelling written and visual content for UVACH intranet initiatives and HR communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or communications; experience in healthcare or human resources preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to write engaging, mission-driven content across platforms.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong project management, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of how storytelling and digital engagement drive workforce culture and community connection.
