Responsibilities
Strategic advice and support for our global sales organizations and their HR and leadership teams
Execution and support of international recruitment processes for management positions
Development and implementation of HR strategies, programs and processes (e.g., Talent Management, Onboarding, Workforce Planning, etc.)
Analysis and preparation of relevant HR reports and KPIs to support strategic actions and decision-making in cross-divisional coordination
Participation in and implementation of global HR projects, as well as training for managers
Management and coordination of international localizations and employee secondments/expatriations in close cooperation with local HR teams, taking into account country-specific employment law frameworks
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training with additional HR qualification or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on HR
Several years of professional experience in HR, recruiting and/or project management — ideally in an internationally operating corporation
Proficient in common HR systems and MS software
Knowledge of global HR processes and cross-organizational collaboration with an international focus
Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
Strong communication and consulting skills, with an independent, structured and service-oriented working style
