About the role

- Develop and implement behavior intervention strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the people we support
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or graduate level degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Education or a related field
- At least three years of paid, full time (or equivalent part time) experience in developing and or implementing behavioral support and / or risk reduction strategies or plans
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion and enthusiasm to make a difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities using ethical and evidence based practices
