Responsibilities
Contact companies through structured cold-calling telephone outreach
Identify appropriate contacts and schedule virtual consultation appointments via Microsoft Teams
Present the offering in virtual meetings
Understand the counterpart's needs
Manage the process through to contract signing
Handover to the Scientific Consulting team after contract signing
Provide support in the further process as needed
Prepare conversations in a structured manner
Requirements
Experience in telephone sales for new customer acquisition
Ability to engage and excite people about a topic
Proactive outreach to new customers
No fear of cold calling
Resilient and focused despite rejection
Professional demeanor
Sensitivity when communicating at executive/management level
Entrepreneurial mindset
Structured way of working and self-motivation
Business-fluent German (C1); English is not required
