Responsibilities
Nurture and grow a network of referral partners across England and Wales.
Execute partnerships strategy to acquire new clients and increase partnership sourced revenue.
Be the key relationship manager for strategic partners ensuring their clients’ needs are well looked after.
Build long-lasting relationships with industry stakeholders and report on partner initiatives.
Grow partner network to maintain a flow of inbound partner sourced referral leads.
Provide product and industry training to partners' internal teams for strong conversions.
Work alongside Growth leaders to maximize performance and exceed partnerships KPIs.
Requirements
Strong B2B sales or partnerships experience (preferably 3+ years).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs consistently.
Experience working with a business where SMEs are the end customer.
A self-starter and organised go-getter who executes tasks and drives results while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
Commercially minded and growth focused.
A relationship builder with experience in developing partner programs.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and thrives under pressure.
