Responsibilities
Match our solutions to the needs and opportunities of potential clients who register through our channels and lead the process of closing new customers.
Plan strategies to increase conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.
Guide leads through all stages of the sales funnel (needs assessment, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing).
Manage the sales pipeline.
Develop strong relationships with clients and prospective customers.
Generate new business opportunities through client relationships and referrals.
Study sales processes and be familiar with performance management models used by large organizations.
Act as the face of our brand to clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of the product and its features.
Organize lead outreach activities, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience selling SaaS products.
Experience selling to smaller accounts.
Experience in the education sector.
Availability to work on-site 4 days per week.
It would be a plus if you also have:
Experience selling to Human Resources departments.
Experience in the technology sector.
Intermediate English or Spanish.
