Regional Administrative Manager managing administrative tasks for ABA therapy services at Trellis. Collaborating with support functions and ensuring compliance and efficiency in service delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage clinical documentation reviews and follow-ups
Support staff compliance processes including but not limited to; session conversion, training compliance
Support clinical leadership with internal and client communications, as needed
Coordinate office supply purchases with learning centers and offices
Ensure key internal systems are kept up to date
Collaborate with facilities management on office/center maintenance
Provide oversight for front office assistants, as needed
Act as regional point of contact for corporate administrative departments
Complete special projects as needed
Distribute operation reports and metrics as directed
Provide on site administrative assistance as needed
Coordinate with IT to ensure hardware is returned and recycled
Attend monthly meetings and provide detailed meeting notes
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
A minimum of two years general corporate administrative experience
Background in healthcare and/or healthcare compliance
Business Acumen
Technical Proficiency, including but not limited to MS Office Suite
Ability to multitask and maintain thoroughness
Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
