About the role

• Lead project strategy from diagnosis to final recommendations, turning data and analysis into actionable business insights. Work closely with creative, account, media and data teams to deliver clear, consistent, and well-structured strategic outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of projects, from diagnosis to final recommendation;
• Translate business problems into clear, actionable strategic directions;
• Work collaboratively with creative, account, media and data teams;
• Ensure quality, consistency and organization of strategic deliverables;
• Structure narratives and presentations with logic, clarity and objectivity;
• Turn analyses and data into insights that are relevant to the business;
• Contribute to the repertoire and continuous development of the planning team;
• Support the construction of strategies aligned with clients' objectives and the market context.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic planning, preferably in agencies or consultancies;
• Strong ability to structure thinking and organize problems;
• Good reading of context and business, connecting communication to real objectives;
• Ability to prioritize, understanding where to go deep and where to simplify;
• Strategic curation mindset, bringing focus and avoiding excess;
• Collaborative profile, with a good interface across different areas;
• Ability to turn analyses into actionable insights;
• Narrative-building skills (clear, logical storytelling);
• Direct, objective and transparent communication;
• Organization and consistency in execution;
• Openness to continuous learning and development.
