About the role
- SAP MM/BPO Functional Analyst focusing on incident resolution and SAP functionalities with a strong emphasis on Procure-to-Pay processes. Engaging in continuous improvement within an AMS service.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve functional incidents in SAP MM
- Monitor and validate data flows between SAP MM and external systems
- Manage tickets according to priority, impact, and SLAs
- Act as the functional reference for the Procure-to-Pay process
- Collaborate with ABAP teams to implement functional adjustments
- Maintain up-to-date functional and process documentation
- Participate in SIT/UAT for corrective and evolutionary changes in SAP MM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience providing SAP functional support within an AMS model
- 3+ years of experience, with a strong focus on SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay processes in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
- Solid understanding of operational and logistics processes from a business (BPO) perspective
- Basic English required; intermediate level desirable for documentation review and user interaction.
