Responsibilities
Strategic account growth: Develop existing customers and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
C-level stakeholder management: Negotiate at eye level with CEOs and technical & project leads
New customer acquisition: Generate qualified leads from your industry network
Manage B2B sales cycles: From initial contact to contract signing
Represent KUGU at industry events and build strategic partnerships
Deliver market intelligence: Analyze competitors, trends, and customer feedback to inform product development
Requirements
7+ years of B2B sales experience in real estate, energy technology, FM services, PropTech, or SaaS
Proven track record: You have closed six-figure deals and developed long-term customer relationships
Established contacts with housing companies, energy service providers, or building operators
Understanding of IoT, SaaS, smart metering, and digital business models (no developer-level knowledge required)
Business-fluent German (C2) and strong English (B2)
Willingness to travel within Eastern Germany (~30–40% of the time)
