Responsibilities
You identify, qualify, and acquire the first customers in the kitchen and furniture industry
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact through demo to contract closure - full-cycle sales
You conduct onboardings, trainings, and workshops to ensure new customers quickly succeed with our CRM platform
You build long-term, trusting customer relationships and act as a strategic sparring partner - key account management
You bring customer feedback and market insights directly into product development
You represent Planelio at trade shows, events, and conferences in the furniture and kitchen industry
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales – ideally in SaaS sales or CRM software
Proven success in closing complex deals and stakeholder management
Strong presentation and communication skills – you persuade CEOs as well as operational teams
Solid understanding of digital products and data-driven work with KPIs
High degree of ownership, self-motivation, and structured working style
Willingness to travel approx. 2 days per week - customer meetings, trade shows, workshops
