Responsibilities
You create quotations for our national and international customers in collaboration with all relevant departments and ensure consistent follow-up
You manage existing quotations, sales opportunities and leads in a structured way and proactively contact our customers
You support the entire sales process in inside sales – from inquiry to contract conclusion
Your responsibilities include order verification and approval for order processing
You use your strong communication skills effectively to build customer relationships
You record complaints and coordinate their onward processing
Last but not least, you support our migration to a new ERP system, including data preparation
Requirements
After completing your commercial training, you have gained several years of experience in sales support, ideally in a manufacturing company
You enjoy proactively approaching customers and win them over with your service orientation, communication skills and enthusiasm
You have experience working with ERP and CRM systems, coupled with a hands-on mentality, a precise working style and good organizational skills
Your profile is rounded off by good to fluent English skills, both written and spoken
