Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Use multiple channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referral programs, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct Boolean searches and use other advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Engage potential candidates through various communication channels, including email, phone, and social media.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Prepare regular reports for the Head of Talent Acquisition on sourcing activities and outcomes.

Requirements
Experience in a sourcing or recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, social recruiting, and professional networks.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
