Responsibilities
Drive data‑driven revenue growth through targeted communications to boost customer retention
Plan and implement multi‑stage, automated email campaigns across the customer journey
Analyze and continuously optimize email marketing campaigns
Design and conceptualize newsletters, including smart image editing
Segment and personalize customer communications
Develop and run A/B tests to optimize relevant KPIs
Analyze conversion, reactivation and retention rates
Analyze all customer touchpoints across the customer lifecycle
Responsible for the preference center as well as subscribe/unsubscribe processes
Drive and define requirements for the further development of the CRM infrastructure
Requirements
Solid knowledge in CRM, email marketing, e‑commerce and/or campaign management
Experience designing and executing audience‑specific campaigns
Strong understanding of CRM automation and KPI‑based performance analysis
Confident technical handling of complex customer data and segmentation models
Proficient with common tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo)
Strong language skills in German and English
Excellent analytical skills and a strong ability to understand complex relationships
Empathetic customer insight and a good sense of customer needs
Enthusiasm for the tourism and cruise industry (in‑depth knowledge is a plus but not required)
