Responsibilities
Develop and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Publish articles on the website and intranet.
Manage newsletters, promotional activities, image/photo databases and social media channels (primarily LinkedIn).
Carefully track invoices, update project schedules and prepare performance reports for campaigns and social media.
Support event logistics, including hotel bookings, shipping and on-site assistance.
Maintain and update all marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, reports and product sheets.
Coordinate with designers and webmasters and perform basic graphic design tasks.
Manage promotional items and maintain mailing lists.
Oversee our internal marketing tools and databases.
Requirements
More than two years of professional experience in a marketing team or agency with relevant qualifications.
Fluent in German and English.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
A proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure (e.g., during events).
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
