Responsibilities
Ensure coverage of necessary POS tools to drive Iberia business development
Assist in delivering fully integrated commercial shopper plans for brand customers
Manage the brand’s POS shopper budget and warehousing
Provide timely and specific input to the central POS team regarding material and tools needed per channel and country
Oversee the design, development, execution, and post-evaluation of POS activities
Requirements
A university degree in business administration/economics/marketing
FMCG experience and a solid grasp of total P&L and financial acumen
Exposure to Trade Marketing or Field Sales departments
The ability to influence across organizational boundaries, and partner effectively across teams
The ability to take ownership and risks, be courageous, resolutive, with a high drive for results
Proficiency to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
