Assistant Brand Manager supporting the execution of commercial plans for K Brands in the DACH Market. Based in Hamburg, collaborating with marketing and commercial teams for effective activation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the day to day activities defined to activate Brand & Promo plans for K Brands for the DACH Market, and manage the implementation of specific Market commercial initiatives from concept to in store implementation
Execute the in-store activation and channels activities (Local Customers and channel Activations)
Conduct the data collection , analysis, reporting and feedback on the effectiveness of previous activation campaigns
Assist with the deployment of the Shopper marketing strategy for the DACH region: Customer specific marketing (e.g. sampling, retailer loyalty programs)
Partner effectively with the Commercial Execution, central Marketing Brand Management teams, external agencies on campaigns and activations plans.
Requirements
A completed degree in Marketing or relevant field
Proven experience in marketing in FMCG retail environment
Exposure to brand marketing, issue identification and strategy solutions
Strong commercial acumen & analytical mindset with an experience working on brands.
Good stakeholder management skills with ability to confidently interact and influence key decision makers
Energetic and self-starter with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.
