Responsibilities
Oversee KCRHA’s facilities operations and technology infrastructure
Support the Manager in ensuring the reliability of IT systems, security, and efficiency
Assist in all IT related tasks as instructed by the Manager of IT
Maintain all KCRHA system operations and information technology
Ensure that high quality services and communication are delivered
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware
Oversee tracking of office equipment setup and maintenance
Lead the process for the agency’s facilities workorders
Support operations with purchasing supplies and equipment
Assist in the management of Operations contracts for equipment, licenses, and software
Explore tech equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
Maintain detailed records of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets
Conduct troubleshooting and provide guidance to end users
Requirements
3+ years of related work experience in a similar role
Fluency in equity and racial justice concepts and language
Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible and adaptable
Strong organization, written and oral communications
Proficiency in supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS software and devices
Possesses working knowledge of Azure and Microsoft Admin Portals (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Defender/Security, and Intune)
Experience with government and community stakeholders in King County
Valid Washington State Driver's License
Ability to travel up to 10%, in state and out-of-state
Superior oral and written communication skills
Project management experience a plus
A track record of success in day-to-day operations and stakeholder engagement
