Responsibilities

Requirements
Experience in commercial controlling and reporting, ideally in the context of energy, industry, or SaaS.
Basic understanding of energy sector concepts (e.g., energy procurement, cost structures, efficiency potentials).
Strong proficiency in MS Office / MS Teams, particularly PowerPoint (presentations) and preferably Excel (data analysis).
Experience in structured project organization and documentation, e.g., using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
Strong customer focus, empathy, and a confident, professional presence.
High attention to detail and reliability in day-to-day operational tasks.
Strong presentation skills and communication ability — including at management level.
Ability to detect customer challenges early, communicate them clearly internally, and track their resolution.
