About the role
- Working as a student in Talent Acquisition for IVC Evidensia. Supporting recruiting efforts and gaining experience in a leading veterinary group in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Support in applicant management and day-to-day recruiting activities
- Create and publish job postings
- Coordinate interviews
- Communicate with applicants and clinic locations
- Contribute to recruiting campaigns and social media initiatives
- Prepare for and participate in recruiting events
- Support Active Sourcing and the maintenance of talent pools
- Prepare recruiting reports and analyses
- Collaborate on projects to improve our recruiting processes
Requirements
- You are a student (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Business Psychology, Communications, Marketing or similar) or starting a dual study program
- You have an interest in Recruiting, HR or Talent Acquisition
- You are comfortable in a digital environment and have a good sense for target audiences
- You are familiar with social media, LinkedIn and similar channels
- You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
- Very good German language skills; English is a plus
