Responsibilities
Support talent acquisition and work with hiring managers during the recruitment process
Prepare job descriptions and post them on job boards
Conduct candidate outreach and screen applicants
Help in other aspects of the hiring and onboarding process
Oversee overtime and non-exempt time tracking system
Process documentation and prepare reports on personnel activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Support the Director of HR in employee engagement matters, including professional development programming, DEI initiatives, and supporting affinity groups
Requirements
0 to 2 years of relevant human resources/administrative experience
Deeply relational and comfortable speaking with candidates
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Experience recruiting and engaging with individuals (nice to have)
