Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the International Sales team
Ensure trade partners have everything they need to succeed
Deliver seamless campaigns and maintain strong industry relationships
Manage a shared Trade email inbox and respond within 48 hours
Coordinate marketing briefs, campaigns and distribute rates & collateral
Monitor key accounts’ websites and brochures for accuracy
Assist with expo and event administration, including registrations and booth design
Represent Journey Beyond at consumer and trade shows
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Revenue teams to deliver projects
Support other areas of the business as directed
Requirements
A tourism-related qualification (desirable) and at least 3 years’ experience in domestic distribution
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A creative and innovative mindset to generate fresh ideas
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally travel reservation systems
Ability to work autonomously and outside normal office hours when required
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
