Responsibilities
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to acquire new pharmaceutical, OTC and pharmacy partners — including proactive outreach, pitching and closing
Advise clients on marketplace and retail media solutions and create tailored proposals across the entire sales funnel
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key contacts in the pharmaceutical sector as well as with pharmacy chains and individual pharmacies, and continuously develop existing accounts
Analyze market and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities and to strategically evolve our offering
Requirements
Several years of experience in sales, business development or key account management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies
Hunter mentality, confident presence and strong communication skills in German and English
Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and business risks
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
